Terms & refunds

The game
Saltwick Post is published by ASB Nexus. Chapters 1 to 3 are free to play in your browser. Chapters 4 to 10 are unlocked with a one-time purchase or an unlock code. During a limited-time offer, chapters 4 to 10 are free; anyone who continues the story during the offer keeps it after the offer ends.
Purchases
- Full story ($4.99 USD, one-time): unlocks chapters 4 to 10 for your account.
- Stamp packs: in-game stamps for repairs and puzzle help. Stamps have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are spent inside the game only.
- Tips: voluntary support for the game. Tips don't unlock anything.
- Unlock codes: a code from ASB Nexus unlocks chapters 4 to 10 for one account, one time. Codes can't be sold or exchanged for money, and a code that is shared publicly or obtained improperly may be cancelled.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. An account is required to buy anything so your purchases stay with you on any device.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a purchase, for example you were charged and didn't receive it, write to asbnexus.dev@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right. All purchases are final and won't be refunded.
Your account
Keep your password private. Guest progress is kept in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data. Creating a free account keeps it safe. Please don't abuse the game's servers or try to get paid content without paying.
Availability
We work to keep the game online, but it is provided as it is and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
