Privacy policy

Last updated October 17, 2026

Saltwick Post is a browser game by ASB Nexus, based in Quebec, Canada. This page explains what the game stores about you and why.

What we store

We don't use analytics trackers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Saltwick Post. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Advertising

The game can show optional ads: in the stamp shop you can choose to watch an ad for free stamps. Ads are served by Google (AdSense). Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure them, which may include ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's ad settings. Where the law requires it, you'll be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. Watching ads is never required to play.

Your device keeps a small local count of how many ads you watched today, so the free-stamp ads are limited to a few per day.

Where it's kept

The game and its data are hosted by Netlify. Data may be stored and processed outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States, by Netlify, Stripe and Google.

Other services

The game loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are downloaded.

How long we keep it

Progress and account data are kept while your account or guest save is in use. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, by writing to asbnexus.dev@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from the game: see how to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your progress and access to anything you bought.

Person responsible

ASB Nexus is responsible for the protection of personal information for Saltwick Post. Contact: asbnexus.dev@gmail.com.
